My new Beiter Plunger arrived in the mail this morning, so I had to immediately head out to the range to try it out and tweak my tuning. It is fantastic! I’m amazed at how easy it is to make tension adjustments with just a few clicks.
I put a Beiter Klicker on my bow today. I can see why people are always telling me to wait. You really need to have a consistent anchor and draw length for the clicker to be effective. As well, having a smooth, flowing draw is very important so that you don’t ‘stall’ your draw and use the wrong muscle groups. It’s going to take some work to make it a natural part of my shot cycle, but like with everything else; practice makes progress!
PS, remember that you’ve engaged the clicker, and don’t just shoot when you normally would. Shooting through the clicker can be detrimental to your equipment. 😉
